HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. in Toronto, ON. As an HR Generalist, you will provide advice, guidance, and support across all areas of HR, including staffing, policy development, DEI, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Performance Management: Develop and coordinate a robust performance management framework to ensure the ongoing development and engagement of employees.
- Staffing Coordination: Oversee and manage staffing activities that support organizational growth, workforce planning, and maintenance.
- Employee Development: Plan, develop, and implement programs focused on continuous employee learning and engagement.
- Compliance Support: Assist with compliance activities related to AODA and Health & Safety, and support DEI initiatives essential to the organization's objectives.
- General HR Functions: Manage policy implementation, support employee relations, and provide HR guidance across multiple HR areas.
- Risk Planning and Mitigation: Coordinate risk planning and contribute to mitigation strategies, including tracking and reporting on related metrics.
- Financial & Benefits Administration: Assist in financial planning and manage employee benefits administration.
- Operational Support: Oversee various operational functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in an HR generalist or specialist role, with a proven ability to achieve strategic HR objectives.
- Core HR Processes: Demonstrated experience in managing talent, learning development, and employee relations.
- Decision Making: Proven ability to make sound business decisions and provide evidence-based recommendations to senior management.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
- Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated leadership, staff management, and team-building skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Legislation: Ability to interpret and implement personnel-related legislation and a thorough understanding of labor laws.

- Salary ranges from $75k
