About the Role

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated Child Development Team Lead to join our Pediatric Therapy Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of services provided by your team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, driving high-quality care and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • An Allied Health Professional with active membership in their respective regulatory college (SLP, OT, or PT).
  • Prior experience in leadership or quality management roles is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A proven track record of driving results, improving processes, and enhancing customer experiences.
