Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Estimate and Manage InventoryEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to prevent quality issues.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and Submit ReportsPrepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
Physical DemandsAbility to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
