About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MAN FOOD SERVICES INCORPORATED. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
    • Lead a team of food service staff, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
    • Ensure that staff are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Manage Food Service Operations
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • First Aid Certificate.
    • CPR Certificate.
    • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
    • Food Safety Certificate.
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
    • Serving It Safe program certification.
