Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MAN FOOD SERVICES INCORPORATED. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our cafeteria and food service establishments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Manage Food Service OperationsEstablish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
Ensure Customer SatisfactionAddress customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
Certifications and LicensesFirst Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate, and Serving It Safe program certification.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
