Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizzawingsandsnacks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high standards of quality, and optimize efficiency.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to ensure accurate financial reporting and minimize losses.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and lead by example to foster a positive and productive team culture.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans, implement promotional strategies, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales growth.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 team members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail, and adapting to changing circumstances.
Requirements:
- 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
