About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at ORBCOMM. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy, driving business outcomes through HR initiatives.
  • Educate and coach managers on performance management and employee development, ensuring a high-performing workforce.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business growth.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, fostering a work environment that inspires employees to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and lead people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver value-added training programs, career mobility initiatives, and job performance enhancements.
  • Support the creation of a diverse and inclusive culture that promotes belonging and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and ability to provide strategic solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, preferably in a global high-tech environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
  • Highly analytical and able to think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize HR responsibilities.
  • Proven record of successfully implementing and executing impactful HR programs.
  • Service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Proficiency in HRIS Systems.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
