About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at THE RHEUMATOLOGY OFFICE INC. as a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
  • Offer advice and training to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Collaborate with the team to redesign applications and software.
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a hospital/health care establishment/health institution setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 32 hours per week.
