Job Title: Computer Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at THE RHEUMATOLOGY OFFICE INC. in a permanent, full-time capacity.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using user guides, technical manuals, and other documents
  • Offer advice and training to users to address identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Provide customer service
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 hours per week
