About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team at Mu-Tech. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the effective use of computer systems and software.
  • Configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, including servers, desktop applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on computer systems and software.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python, C++, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, such as Oracle and SQL.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
