Job Title: Computer Systems Specialist

The RHEUMATOLOGY OFFICE INC. is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Consult technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement new applications and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups and recovery operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to users
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent position
  • 32 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
