About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at CHARLES KEAY INC. This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage calendars to maintain productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and implement effective information filing systems to optimize workflow.
  • Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and documents with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Will train individuals who possess the necessary skills and aptitude.
  • Proficiency in English as the primary language of communication.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary, which we estimate to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
