Administrative Coordinator

Thibault Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting minutes.
- Develop and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to our business.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked office.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry tasks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
English.
Work Conditions:40 hours per week.
