We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TORPEDO TRANSPORT LTD. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for opening and distributing mail and other materials, planning and organizing daily operations, and supervising other workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences

You will also be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answering electronic enquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
