Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Immigrate. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing and editing correspondence, invoices, and reports.
- Manage and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Maintain and improve manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
- May compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities.
- Pricing and sourcing of materials and/or alternates as required.
- Orientate new workers in procedures and the use of current software.
- May organize conferences.
