Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Analyze sales data and operating costs to inform menu planning and kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and menu promotions.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to food safety and handling procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
