Job Title: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, cost control, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
