Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Locale Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our high standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Cook Trade Certification and a strong understanding of kitchen operations and management.
