- Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
- Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and internet services.
- Install and configure computer equipment and software for customers.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
