Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bisoft Consulting Services Inc.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and software, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and other technology-related problems
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Work Environment
