Job Opportunity:

The RBC Dominion Securities Management team is seeking an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to join their team in Oshawa. This leadership role provides operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client account activities and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Liaise with internal departments and provide software and process-related training.
  • Manage branch facilities and equipment.
  • Instrumental in managing the daily administrative operations of the branch.
  • Assist with training new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.
  • Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner.
  • Tap into your superior problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service.
  • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.
  • Ability to complete duties independently seeking out own answers and solutions.
