Water Business Group Director - Canada

At HDR, we specialize in engineering, architecture, environmental, and construction services. Our multidisciplinary teams include scientists, economists, builders, analysts, and artists, making diversity our greatest strength. As the Water Business Group Director - Canada, you will lead business group initiatives for Canada, develop and implement effective regional business group programs, and work cooperatively with other Regional Business Group Directors and Regional Operations Directors to drive Business Group strategies and initiatives in the Regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead business group initiatives for Canada
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective regional business group program
  • Work cooperatively with other Regional Business Group Directors and Regional Operations Directors
  • Actively participate in water industry associations and organizations
  • Add strong business skills as the Business Group point of interface with Operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work cooperatively with regional managers, technical directors, and client development teams
  • Position requires that the applicant resides within the Greater Toronto Area or is willing to relocate
