Job Title: Director of Environmental Services

At HDR, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Environmental Services to lead our Water Business Group in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business group initiatives, driving business strategies, and collaborating with regional managers and client development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business group initiatives to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead business group strategies and initiatives in the regions, working closely with regional managers and client development teams
  • Actively participate in water industry associations and organizations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure effective implementation of business group initiatives
  • Provide strong business skills and expertise as the business group point of interface with operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, with 15+ years of experience preferred
  • Proven relationships within major water organizations in Canada
  • Committed to quality improvement and HDR values
  • Experience with alternative delivery contracting and risk management
