The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and experience.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, and working hours.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for selection.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

  • Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
