Key Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and experience.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, and working hours.
- Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for selection.
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties.
- Recruit and hire staff, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
