Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of employees, assign tasks and duties, and provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Business Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, provide training and development opportunities to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
