Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee store inventory, merchandise, and visual displays, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
