Food Service Supervisor

At Wok Box, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Fluency in English
