Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Reporting and Record KeepingPrepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
Team LeadershipSupervise and lead a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, food and beverage servers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
Requirements- Education
A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
ExperienceAt least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
LanguageFluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
Work ScheduleAvailable to work a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
