Food Service Manager

Meltwich food co. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
