National Account Manager

At Sofina Foods, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving annual volume targets associated with designated Retail Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop incremental business within assigned Retail Customer(s)
  • Develop and execute an aggressive merchandising support plan for all existing and new proprietary products
  • Develop weekly activation calendars for key categories in conjunction with customer category teams objectives
  • Lead the execution of portfolio expansion and innovation launches
  • Establish key business relationships to drive profitable volume
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Finance
  • Support the creation and tracking of the annual business plan to deliver annual goals

Requirements:

  • University Degree or College Diploma with minimum 3-5 years of industry experience
  • Experience in the protein industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships
  • Understanding of solution selling and willingness to develop sales strategies
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to travel
