Join Our Team as a Senior Business Transformation Consultant

Zurich Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Consultant to support our local and global strategic and operational priorities. As a key member of our Business Transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the design and implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex business transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management.
  • Develop and implement business process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities, driving the execution of solutions that integrate local, regional, and global strategic and operational priorities.
  • Provide expert guidance on project execution and change management, ensuring the successful implementation of business transformations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, business consulting, or change management.
  • Proven track record of delivering business transformation projects, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
