Job Summary
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Medical Radiation Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an MRT and expertise in X-Ray imaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate X-rays to visualize internal structures of patients based on legal treatment orders.
- Complete ordered tests, transfer images to portable media, and prepare them for transport.
- Liaise closely with Chief(s) of Health Services to ensure coordination of service provision.
Requirements
- Member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT-BC) British Columbia.
- Experience with X-Ray imaging and a strong understanding of clinically acceptable standards.
