Job Title: Senior Controls Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineering Manager to lead our Controls Engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical controls technology and experience in managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Controls Engineering team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement controls engineering standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Applications Engineering and Project Management, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in controls engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical controls technology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
