Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario Truck & Forklift Driving School Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with staff and stakeholders.

Contract Management

Manage and maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and other business documents.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Administrative Tasks

Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
