Health and Safety Specialist

Premform Limited is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Health and Safety Plans: Create and implement comprehensive health and safety plans to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Workplace Inspections: Regularly inspect workplaces to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
- Manage Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on health and safety protocols and best practices.
- Review and Update Policies: Regularly review and update our health and safety policies to ensure they are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with employees, management, and external stakeholders to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Skills: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
