Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Health and Safety Plans

Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety plans to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

Conduct Workplace Inspections

Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and development opportunities to staff on health and safety procedures and protocols.

Review and Update Policies

Review and update health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a health and safety role.

Skills and Abilities

Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Qualities

Excellent judgement, accuracy, and reliability.
