Premform Limited is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Health and Safety Plans: Create and implement comprehensive health and safety plans to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct Workplace Inspections: Regularly inspect workplaces to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
- Manage Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on health and safety protocols and best practices.
- Review and Update Policies: Review and update health and safety policies to ensure they are current and compliant with regulations.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure health and safety considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience
- Skills: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The work site environment is outdoors, noisy, and dusty.
