About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Infinite Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective operational management
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation and management
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions to promote its interests and values
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership pipeline

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a construction or business services organization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
