About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Director of Operations at Richmond Pallet Picker Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our goods production, utilities, and construction departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve operational excellence
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
