Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 1005275 BC LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
