About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team in Canada West. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, including safety, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans;
  • Maintain a safe working environment by implementing effective safety protocols and procedures;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions;
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives;

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field;
  • Experience working in a similar role within the construction industry;
