Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing access control, conducting routine patrols, monitoring CCTV, and responding to site emergencies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide access control to condominium residents and visitors
  • Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds
  • Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
  • Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies
  • Undertake site-specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor
  • Demonstrate judgment, common sense, and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
  • Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
  • Maintain meticulous record-keeping and report writing

Position Requirements:

  • Three years of Condominium Security Experience is a must
  • Excellent Customer Service, English language, and communication abilities
  • Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
  • A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
  • Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)
