Our Team is Looking for a Site Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Knights On Guard Security. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing access control to high-end condominium sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds
- Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
- Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies
- Undertake site-specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor
- Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
- Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
- Maintain meticulous record-keeping and report writing
Requirements:
- One year of security experience is a must
- Excellent customer service, English language and communication abilities
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
- A valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
- Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions
