Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No.597. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of security systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality and production levels of our security services.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Train and supervise security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Security Guard License.
