  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant setting, working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Cuisine Specialties: East Indian cuisine is a specialty of this role, requiring a strong understanding of traditional Indian cooking methods and ingredients.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
