Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Peking House. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Cantonese cuisine expertise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
