Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Peking House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including Cantonese cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Cantonese language skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
