Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Peking House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have experience in food preparation and service, with a strong understanding of Cantonese cuisine. You will work closely with our head chef to create delicious and authentic dishes that meet the high standards of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food preparation and service
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
