* Utilize technology and systems, including scheduling software and CRM, to effectively manage client relationships and schedules

What We're Looking For:
* Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
* 1+ years' experience in sales and customer service, call center, or related capacity
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling high volumes of calls
* Personable and friendly individual who can build trusted relationships with clients
* Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to effectively perform in a dynamic environment
* Proficiency with technology and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration platforms
