Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Keller Williams Empowered Realty. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions from contract to close.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting real estate agents and clients with paperwork, ensuring the completion of all escrow documents, and scheduling inspection appointments and repairs. You will also be responsible for tracking transaction activities, managing customer information in our CRM system, and training realtors on how to upload documents to the brokerage for processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist real estate agents and clients with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents
  • Schedule inspection appointments and repairs
  • Track transaction activities and manage customer information in our CRM system
  • Train realtors on how to upload documents to the brokerage for processing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
